BRAPS-Forum 2023

On 20.10.2023 (9.00-12.00) the BRAPS Forum 2023 will take place as a virtual conference.

BRAPS (Belt and road Action of Pallet Sharing) is the joint project of EPAL and the Chinese logistics association CFLP to promote the use of standardised pallets in the movement of goods between Asia and Europe.

At the BRAPS Forum 2023, representatives from Asia and Europe will report on current issues related to the use of pallets and other packaging in the movement of goods between Asia and Europe. On the part of EPAL, the topics of digitalisation and PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation) will take centre stage with up-to-date information on the new EPAL Euro pallet with QR code and on the significance of PPWR for the international supply chains.

EPAL invites all representatives of industry, trade and logistics to participate in the BRAPS Forum 2023. The conference languages are German, Chinese and English.

Participants will then receive a link to the virtual conference room (Zoom) from EPAL.

The first BRAPS Forum took place in October 2022. The representatives from China and other Asian countries discussed the opportunities arising from the movement of goods on the new Belt and Road. EPAL explained to the participants from Asia how the EPAL European Pallet Pool works and the possibilities of using EPAL pallets in the movement of goods between Asia and Europe.
